Vision
The Ayalim Association sees social involvement as one of the most meaningful way for students to connect with their surroundings and their neighbors. The Association therefore acts to foster continuous relationships between the students and various populations in the periphery. Today, the students of Ayalim are working with more then 20,000 children in the Negev and the Galilee.
This year the Association decided to focus on three main projects:
The heart of the Ayalim students' activity is in the Ofarim family centers, located in each village. We have developed a unique model of a community center that offers a variety of activities and social services to meet the needs of all ages. read more...
Ayalim operates educational programs in nine schools in the Negev and the Galilee.
The program includes teaching values in the spirit of Ayalim. The students organize enrichment activities on different topics such as: social involvement, volunteering and initiatives, Israeli culture, Zionism and the state of Israel, ecology and environment.
In addition to the weekly hours of social activity the students of Ayalim are committed to initiating special projects, according to the needs of the community and their interests.
