We are Ayalim
for over two decades, we have been leading a young Zionist community in the Negev, the Galilee, and dozens of local authorities from Kiryat Shmona to Eilat. The members of Ayalim, young men and women from all segments of Israeli society, drive groundbreaking pioneering and social action together and play a part in shaping the map of Israeli community.
In the spirit of the Zionist vision, we believe that Jewish communities in the Negev and Galilee are a national value and are important to the state’s survival, and that they serve as an answer to many of the challenges the State of Israel faces.
